This is not a sleep training consult. In these early weeks, we focus on nurturing, bonding, and understanding your baby's unique needs. This session is designed to answer your questions, provide clarity, and offer gentle, practical tips to help you feel more confident during the fourth trimester.

• We do not recommend sleep training before 12 weeks
• A 48-hour cancellation policy applies — cancellations or reschedules within this window will incur a 50% fee
